(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls man is in jail after police say he held a woman and a girl against their will in his home. It happened Monday night on West 13th Street, where the two had rented a room. Around 6 p.m., the adult victim texted for help, saying they were being held hostage and that the man had multiple guns. Officers arrived, safely got the victims out, and after 40 minutes of talking, arrested 34-year-old Darius Tehmeh. He’s now facing kidnapping and sexual contact charges. No injuries were reported. The investigation is still ongoing.
