(New Town, ND) — Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College is receiving 250-thousand-dollars to boost its cybersecurity program. This authorizes NHSC to upgrade its cable lines campus-wide while enhancing cybersecurity research and instruction. Officials say the funding also improves STEM education and research opportunities related to cybersecurity. The National Science Foundation recently awarded funding to the college through the Tribal Colleges and Universities program.
