(Minot, ND) — A Minot man will spend life in prison after being found guilty of a 2024 murder. Delon Davis was convicted of fatally shooting Mark Ramon McMillan at a downtown business in Minot and hiding the body in the basement’s boiler room. Authorities discovered the body three months after the incident happened in April 2024. Davis maintained he was acting in self-defense during a sentencing hearing this week. He received life in prison without the chance of parole.
