This week, the American Farm Bureau Federation and Nebraska Farm Bureau presented Senator Deb Fischer with AFBF’s Golden Plow award. The Golden Plow is the highest honor the organization gives to sitting members of Congress. It has been a privilege to work with Sen. Fischer for many years in the Nebraska Legislature and U.S. Senate.
She has consistently supported farm and ranch families, understands agriculture deeply, and is committed to addressing challenges in rural communities for future generations. We are proud to nominate Sen. Fischer for the well-deserved Golden Plow award in recognition of her significant impact on agriculture.
