(Upham, ND) — A Bottineau teen is dead after a multi-vehicle crash in Upham. Authorities say it happened late Saturday night on 80th Street North near 17th Avenue. The 19-year-old victim reportedly crashed into the back of a semi-truck, which was parked on the shoulder for emergency maintenance. Investigators say the truck’s hazard lights were activated and emergency triangles were placed in the road. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene, as the cause of the incident is still being investigated.
