(Rapid City, SD) — A Rapid City man will spend the next 20 years in federal prison for trafficking fentanyl and meth. Michael Cole was sentenced August 15th after pleading guilty to conspiracy charges. Prosecutors say he bought large amounts of drugs in Colorado, then brought them back to South Dakota to sell — all while on supervised release for a previous conviction. Investigators seized over seven pounds of meth, and more than two-thousand fentanyl pills tied to the case.
