(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota’s rural healthcare access and resources are getting a boost from a Big Beautiful Bill program. The Rural Health Transformation Fund was created to provide 50-billion-dollars in funding to address rural healthcare needs nationwide. North Dakota is projected to receive 500-million-dollars from the program over a span of five years. North Dakota Health and Human Services is now seeking public feedback on how to use the funding to enhance rural healthcare statewide. An online survey is available through September 12th on the Health and Human Services website.
