(Rapid City, SD) — A man shot and killed at a Rapid City apartment complex last night is under investigation, and police say the case doesn’t appear to be random. It happened around 7:15 last night on East Watertown Street. Officers tried life-saving measures, but the man died at the scene. Several people have been questioned, though no arrests have been made. The victim’s name hasn’t been released, and police say this shooting is not connected to the Vernon Selig homicide case which happened Tuesday night.
