(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota and U.S. flags are being ordered at half-staff to honor the victims of the deadly shooting in Minnesota. At least two children were killed and 17 others were wounded during the shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church and School yesterday morning. Governor Kelly Armstrong says all flags are to remain lowered until sunset on August 31st to join President Trump’s nationwide proclamation.
