(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck police are charging a Tennessee man for alleged fentanyl distribution in the city. Horatio Randolph was arrested on Wednesday after reportedly telling police he visited Bismarck multiple times to sell drugs. Authorities say they found Randolph in possession of 100 grams of fentanyl powder during a traffic stop. The 47-year-old was charged with one count of possession with intent to distribute. If convicted, Randolph faces up to 20 years in prison.
