(Fargo, ND) — A Fargo-based company is reportedly laying off dozens of employees. RDO Equipment announced this week that a force reduction was made for team members who support the equipment business in field support roles. Company President Chris Cooper says market and economic conditions have been challenging for the agricultural sector for the past year. The company laid off at least 36 people, but did not specify if its Fargo headquarters or 80 nationwide locations were impacted. RDO had a similar round of layoffs in early August after cutting two-percent of its employees.
