(Bismarck, ND) — Statewide projects focused on improving water quality now have additional grant funding. The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality has issued two-point-eight-million-dollars in grant funding to support projects, including the Maple River, Park River, and Bowman-Haley watersheds. Officials throughout North Dakota who are concerned about their local lakes or rivers are eligible to apply for the grants. Applications for new or existing projects are due by November 1st.
