(Bismarck, ND) — Governor Kelly Armstrong says government shutdowns are stupid, expensive and they don’t work. Speaking Thursday at an event at Bismarck State College, Armstrong said what’s happening in Washington is more about New York primary politics than it is about the American people. The governor also said his administration has been meeting with state agencies to prepare for potential impacts.
