(Indianapolis, IN) — Former NFL quarterback and Fox Sports analyst Mark Sanchez is out of the hospital and facing charges of battery resulting in injury, public intoxication, and unlawful entry of a motor vehicle after he was seriously injured in a stabbing in Indianapolis. Sanchez was charged early Sunday morning with the misdemeanors after police reviewed video footage of a fight between him and another man who was collecting used cooking oil for work. Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears says in a statement that the disagreement between the two men “should not have escalated into violence or left anyone seriously injured.” Sanchez was in Indianapolis to cover Sunday’s Colts and Raiders game.
