(Sioux Falls, SD) — One person is in custody after an alleged stabbing and assault near downtown Sioux Falls. Authorities say 61-year-old Allen Lehne was arrested after a 21-year-old victim was stabbed near the 800 block of West Bailey on Sunday. The suspect reportedly pulled up in a vehicle and began following the victim in a parking lot, when Lehne allegedly told the victim to give them the money they owed him. A physical altercation ensued before Lehne reportedly stabbed the victim once in the torso and fled the scene. He now faces one count of aggravated assault, as the victim was last reported in stable condition.
