(Pierre, SD) — Governor Larry Rhoden has rescinded 151 outdated executive orders no longer relevant to the state. Rhoden stated that carefully reviewing and updating existing orders ensures that the state government remains efficient and true to its vision, and the vision of the nation’s Founding Fathers. He also noted that he is committed to rescinding obsolete orders to keep the government from blocking the state’s growth.
