(Towner, ND) — The Towner Ambulance District is getting a funding boost to enhance its services. District Manager LeRae Bachmeier says TAD received 35-thousand-dollars for a new LifePak that helps monitor vitals. The touchscreen aspect and other features on the new one allow for better tracking of cardiac events. Bachmeier explained that the district’s old machine will be decommissioned due to its age. A second LifePak will also be purchased in the near future.
