(Yankton, SD) — Mark Brown has been selected as the next president of Mount Marty University. The soon-to-be 12th university president is currently the director of the biotechnology management program at the university’s Sioux Falls campus. He has been on staff since 2023 and developed the MMU’s biotech management program. His recent appointment follows a nationwide search over the last several months, following Marc Long’s retirement announcement, effective at the end of the year. Brown stated that he now plans to relocate from Sioux Falls to Yankton soon.
