(Minot, ND) — Bond for the woman accused of killing a 38-year-old man in southeast Minot is being set at one million dollars. According to court documents, police say 43-year-old Rachael Foster admitted to shooting the victim twice. Witnesses told officers they didn’t hear any threats or argument before the shooting, which happened around 3 p.m. on Saturday. The victim was taken to a hospital but passed away from his injuries. Foster is being charged with murder and is facing life in prison if convicted. She will be back in court on November 26th for a preliminary hearing.
