(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Winner man convicted on sex trafficking charges has been sentenced to 25 years in prison. Sixty-seven-year-old Richard Kucera was found guilty in July on two counts each of sex trafficking and producing child pornography. He was also sentenced Monday to five years of supervised release.
