(Ekalaka, MT) — Four family members of Illinois Republican candidate for governor Darren Bailey are dead after a helicopter accident in Montana. Bailey’s son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren were all killed. The crash happened Tuesday night in Ekalaka, only a week after Bailey announced he was making a second run for governor. Bailey’s son, Zack, was on a business trip before the crash, and he was also the pilot of the chopper. Meanwhile, incumbent Governor JB Pritzker and his wife, MK, offered their condolences to the Bailey family.
