(Aberdeen, SD) — A South Dakota couple is claiming that a carbon pipeline company trespassed on their land. Jared and Tara Bossly say the Summit Carbon Solutions’ survey work on their land happened a little over two years ago. The couple is now suing the company, entering the lawsuit in Brown County this week. Their lawsuit also claims sheriff’s deputies and security guards wouldn’t allow Jared to be within 300 feet of the surveyors.
