(Woodworth, ND) — Authorities now know the identity of the man who died while hunting in Stutsman County on October 26th. Lieutenant Gordon Gwathney of the Knoxville Police Department in Tennessee died in a kayaking accident. His kayak had tipped over and he could no longer be seen by his hunting party. After being located, he was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. Lieutenant Gwathney was 57-years-old.
