(Bismarck, ND) — A 27-year-old’s nursing license is being deactivated following accusations of sexually assaulting a juvenile patient. The North Dakota Board of Nursing said it opened an investigation into Lukas Turner’s license after learning about his arrest on October 17th. To protect the public while the investigation continues, Turner has agreed to not practice and the board has deactivated his license. He’s being accused of sexually assaulting an eleven-year-old patient who was staying at Catholic Health Initiatives Saint Alexius’ psychiatric unit.
