(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota Supreme Court is seeking lawyers for the rural communities. The Rural Attorney Recruitment Program is offering financial incentives for lawyers willing to work with limited legal resources. Six counties currently have no licensed attorneys practicing within their boundaries. As of October 1st, over 16-hundred attorneys in North Dakota practice in the seven most populated counties. The State Bar Association and the communities will each fund the attorneys for a five-year period.
