(Minot, ND) — Police charges Minot parents with child neglect. According to MPD, 29-year-old Natasha Ann Davis had an active warrant in Ward County for her arrest when police made contact with the couple at Radio City Park. One officer was assisting Travis Lee Legg in helping the kids when police allegedly found a pipe and a bag containing white residue. Both Davis and Legg were taken into custody and transported to Ward County Jail. Both were hit with three counts of child neglect and drug paraphernalia charges.
