(Lincoln, ND) — A former clerk of court in Lincoln is pleading not guilty to stealing. In August, Sarah Maenza was charged for allegedly stealing more than 30-thousand dollars from the Clerk’s Office. She tells police that another person was using her account. The investigation began three years ago when officials believed she wasn’t adding office fines to the accounting system.
