(Pierre, SD) — The man who died in a crash last Thursday near Vermillion is being identified. The Highway Patrol says Paul Winslow of Vermillion was killed when his vehicle crossed over a median and struck a pickup truck headed in the other direction. The driver of the truck was treated at the scene and released.
