(Sioux Falls) — The expansion of a Sioux Falls wastewater treatment plant is now complete. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held yesterday at the Water Reclamation Facility. The city says the project took three and a-half years to complete at a cost of 215-million dollars. With the expansion, the city’s sewer capacity is now 30-million gallons per day, up from 21-million gallons.
