(Minot, ND) — A jury is back in court this morning to continue deliberating in the trial against Jaeger Lundeen. He’s accused of assault that caused serious injury to a woman during the Lil Wayne concert at the North Dakota State Fair last year. Jurors began deliberating around 4:15 yesterday, after two days of testimony. Lundeen took the stand in his own defense and told the jury he thought he was breaking up a fight and thought the victim was a man. His defense claims he acted in defense of another person and denies purposefully kicking the victim. Witnesses said they saw Lundeen stomp on the woman’s face. He’s facing up to five years in prison.
