(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls man is facing attempted murder and other charges after a shooting at an apartment earlier this month. Doap Deng Chuol is accused of shooting another man at the apartment on October 8th. The victim told investigators he was attempting to take out the trash when he was shot. He suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries. Chuol was on parole for a drug offense at the time of the shooting.
