The City of Fargo to Conduct Maintenance of Emergency Sirens on Monday, November 3

FARGO, ND – Several of Fargo’s emergency sirens will undergo maintenance and troubleshooting on Monday, November 3. During this time, intermittent siren activity may be heard while crews test and inspect the equipment. Contractors will be working at the following siren locations:

These maintenance activities are part of Fargo’s ongoing efforts to ensure the reliability of its emergency warning system. In addition to Monday’s maintenance, The City of Fargo regularly conducts full-system siren tests on the first Wednesday of each month at 1 p.m. The regularly scheduled testing for Wednesday, November 5, will occur as planned. During a scheduled test or maintenance activity, no action is required by residents.
