1 Named To North Dakota Ethics Commission, 2 Other Seats Still In Limbo

(Bismarck, ND) — One of three open seats on the North Dakota Ethics Commission is now filled. State officials have tapped the former Office of Management and Budget Director Pam Sharp,  to fill one of them. She will succeed Ward Koeser, one of the original five members of the commission, for a four-year term. On Friday, Governor Kelly Armstrong, Senate Majority Leader David Hogue and Senate Minority Leader Kathy Hogan were still at odds over who to pick for the remaining two open positions. They’re scheduled to reconvene early this week to resume discussions.
