(Sioux Falls, SD) — Bond is being set for a suspect arrested following a deadly shooting this week in Western Sioux Falls. One person was killed and another was wounded at an apartment complex Tuesday morning. Kray Bluebird faces charges including first-degree murder. Bond has been set at a million dollars.
