Road-Victim Remembrance Day Set For Friday

(Bismarck, ND) — Vision Zero North Dakota is holding a commemoration at the State Capitol on Friday to honor those killed on the state roads. Family and friends are invited to bring personal items to create a temporary memorial. Attendees will stand in silence for one second for each life lost this year. This is the fourth year the state has recognized the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims.
