(Pierre, SD) — An prison inmate is on the loose. The South Dakota Department of Corrections announced Saturday that 37-year-old Latoya Shangreaux did not return to the Pierre Minimum Center from her work release job site. Shangreaux is Native American, five-foot-six-inches tall and weighs around 200 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes and neck tattoos. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is encouraged to contact law enforcement.
