(Rapid City, SD) — The man accused in a drowning death at a Rapid City park has been found guilty of second-degree murder. A Pennington County jury returned the verdict yesterday against Walter Mousseau Jr. Investigators say he forced Sheldon Glenn into a pond at Memorial Park on July 4th, 2022, and held him underwater. Mousseau had entered a plea of guilty by reason of insanity, so the same jury will return Wednesday to decide if he was legally insane when the killing happened.
