(Bismarck, ND) — A man who is currently facing trial for motorcycle thefts in Bismarck is in custody once again. According to police, David Warrick gave a Burleigh County sheriff’s deputy a fake name and birthday after being questioned for walking down the middle of a road in Lincoln on Tuesday morning. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of false information to law enforcement on Wednesday. Warrick was previously arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit theft and criminal mischief after a case that involved three motorcycles being stolen in Bismarck. He’s set to go to trial on the felony case in February.
