(Mitchell, SD) — A Huron attorney is suspended 90 days for repeatedly filing frivolous legal claims. The South Dakota Supreme Court handed down the penalty yesterday. Tucker Voleskey had filed several lawsuits while representing a client in a ranch ownership dispute. In one federal suit against the state Supreme Court, he claimed justices had fabricated evidence against his client.
