(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Hughes County man is charged with boating while intoxicated after another man fell off a boat and drowned in the Missouri River. Officials say William Bradford, who was allegedly driving the boat, was arrested. The victim has been identified as Toby Keller of Hills City. The incident happened Friday afternoon northwest of Gettysburg on Lake Oahe.
