(Rapid City, SD ) — There’s a new hospital coming to Rapid City. Sanford Health announced it will use a 300-million-dollar gift from its namesake philanthropist Denny Sanford to build a new medical center. Construction on the Sanford Black Hills Medical Center is scheduled to begin in 2027 with a completion expected by 2030.
