(Bismarck, ND) — The Bismarck Police Department is investigating a crash involving a pickup truck and a pedestrian. It happened on Wednesday just past noon in front of the federal courthouse and post office on Rosser Avenue. The driver stayed at the scene. This is at least the third person struck by a car in the Bismarck area within the past month.
