(Bismarck, ND) — A new council is being established to end homelessness in North Dakota. The Interagency Council on Homelessness will be chaired by Jennifer Henderson, director of community housing and grants management at the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency. The new council includes twelve members that will look at what programs and funding are available across state agencies to make an impact during the interim. They’ll make annual reports to Governor Kelly Armstrong and state lawmakers on their progress.
