(Rapid City, SD) — Senator Mike Rounds says Ellsworth Air Force Base is getting nearly 400-million dollars in construction funding. Most of the money will be used to build hangars for B-21 bombers. Rounds says the hangars will protect the bombers against attack and from being observed. Other projects being funded are a weapons generation facility dormitory and a communications center.
