(Undated) — South Dakota merchants are hoping for impressive turnouts tomorrow for Small Business Saturday. The program was created nationally in 2010 to promote local businesses and is co-sponsored by the Small Business Administration. Analysts estimate that about 20 percent of small business owners’ annual revenue is from Small Business Saturday sales.
