(Deadwood City, SD) — Voters in Deadwood City are recalling commissioner Blake Joseph. An effort to recall Joseph was already headed for yesterday’s ballot when he was arrested last month for violating a no contact order. Out of just over three-hundred votes cast in a three-person race, Mark Speirs is the apparent winner with 187 votes. Joseph finished third with 22 votes.
