(Mandan, ND) — The Mandan Progress Organization is partnering with Pegasus Illuminations to host a fireworks show on New Year’s Eve. The event will start the celebration of the country’s 250th anniversary. The 20-minute fireworks show, called “New Year, New Light – Remember Our Veterans 2026,” will be a world record attempt with two-point-five million roman candle shots. The show will honor veterans through music, fireworks, and visual effects. The “New Year, New Light – Remember Our Veterans 2026” fireworks show will begin at 10 p.m. December 31st, and the fireworks will be viewable from the Mandan High School parking lot.
