(Howard, SD) — South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley says suspect Elias Stubbe is facing murder and other related charges in Howard. He’s being accused of murdering Nichole Malfero Saturday who was pronounced dead on scene. Officials say Stubbe is being held on a one-million dollar cash bond.
