(Sioux Falls, SD) — Attorney General Marty Jackley is threatening to sue an abortion rights group over ads it’s placed in South Dakota. Mayday Health placed abortion pill ads at several gas stations across the state. The signs were set on top of gas pumps with a link to the organization’s website. Jackley issued a cease-and-desist letter to Mayday telling them to immediately pull their ads. Abortion is banned in South Dakota and is considered a Class 6 felony.
