(Rapid City, SD) — Authorities say a man wanted for murder in El Salvador was arrested Wednesday in Rapid City. ICE and the Highway Patrol arrested illegal immigrant Manuel De Jesus Rodriguez-Lopez during a traffic stop. Another person in the car was arrested for immigration violations but officials haven’t released his nationality. Both are being held by the Department of Homeland Security.
